Materials Workshop Head at the Faculty of Architecture at UofT for almost 20 years, helping students make their ideas a material reality while wiping their tears with bandaids in hand.

When not Real Estating:

Carpooling hockey kids, Playing hockey at Bill Bolton's Tuesday night league, Watching the Leafs lose, Slowly but surely fixing the fixer upper purchased 20 years ago.

Working in partnership with Susan, Larry offers a range of hands-on building expertise that adds value to any move. His education in architecture and experienced eye for detail ensure clients a high level of success.

His many years working at the University of Toronto’s School of Architecture leading the Materials Workshop, honed his building and fabrication skills, as well as his ability to help draw out a person's vision to help make it a reality.

In renovating his own investment property in the city, his first hand knowledge and contact list is both deep and vast. For his clients, he offers tangible skills and an insightful perspective that quickly determines and responds to what each property needs to be to be its best.
