A born-and-raised North Bay girl — with the dream of dancing with Gene Kelly, preferably in the rain — I’m proud to have created an independent business as a Realtor, helping Torontonians successfully navigate what is often challenging real estate terrain.

Graduating from architecture at UofT, then serving the Toronto design community as owner of the beloved Ballenford Books, I've been immersed in community service, the city, architecture and sales for over 30 years. I've always worked independently, drawn to finding my own clients and building an honest living through quality, referable service. I've successfully developed an independent business from the ground up. Twice.

Since purchasing my own home where I still reside, over 25 years later, a house that was on the market for an unheard of 7 months, I have a knack for spotting potential, value, and specialness, especially when disguised.

While my discerning eye is my obvious asset, my strength with numbers is equally important. From daily in-person property visits, trolling historic sales, and an uncanny knack for noticing market patterns, my ability to price accurately may be my greatest strength.

My business is built on a bedrock of hard work and a passion for excellence in service. I'm here to help you reach the highest level of your property potential by helping you tap into your best options, with thought-provoking ideas, well-earned wisdom, some inventive antics and an unwavering devotion to supporting you and your move.

I’m delighted that you found me here out of the thousands of options! May we journey together soon.

Sincerely,

Susan Delean, B.A. B.Arch.
